The purpose of making disciples is to prepare efficient cell groups leaders with the ability to win souls for Christ and work in their lives through the School of Leadership. The training is done not only in the classrooms but also at the cell groups, where they are formed as leaders.
Making disciples is the basis of leadership (Ezekiel 47:4)
The prophet Ezekiel said that the man measured off another thousand cubits and the water reached his waist. The waist represents the third step which is the “School of Leadership.” When you attend school, you spend the time learning about the Word of God. We must understand that the School of Leadership is not an advanced theology program people go through, it is simply what is essential for them to easily communicate the Vision to others.
To make disciples is to teach other leaders to transmit the Gospel without complications and with a compassionate heart.
